What You'll Do

Own the deal, end to end

  • Win new enterprise logos — prospect, qualify and close large enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees) in the German market.
  • Manage complex sales cycles — navigate multiple stakeholders up to C-level through long, considered buying processes.
  • Shepherd customers through pilot — stay close after the win, ensuring the pilot succeeds and proves value.
  • Run post-pilot workshops & negotiate expansion — convert successful pilots into full rollouts and larger commitments.
  • Own revenue targets — make sure each account reaches the revenue and value targets it was sold on.
  • Partner with implementation & marketing — hand off cleanly to customer success and feed the pipeline insights back to marketing.

Who You Are

A proven closer in large enterprise

  • 7–10 years in enterprise SaaS sales — with a track record closing deals in the €200K–€2M ACV range.
  • Large-enterprise experience — you've sold into organisations of 10,000+ employees and know how those deals work.
  • Complex-cycle expertise — stakeholder management, multi-threading and negotiation are second nature.
  • Recruiting / HR tech is a plus — domain experience helps, but strong enterprise SaaS sales is the core requirement.
  • Polished & consultative — a professional, credible presence with senior buyers; a traditional enterprise closer.
  • Results-driven — you carry a number, own it, and deliver.

Paul's Job is an AI-native recruiting platform replacing fragmented legacy software with one unified system. We're scaling in the German market and need a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to win large enterprise accounts — organisations of 10,000+ employees — with deal sizes from €200K to €2M ACV.

This is a full-cycle role. You'll hunt and close new logos, then stay close through the pilot phase: running post-pilot workshops, negotiating the expansion, and making sure each customer reaches the revenue target and the value we sold them on. You own the account from first contact through to a growing, committed customer.
