Customer Success & Implementation Manager

What You'll Do

Own the relationship, drive the outcome

  • Own customer relationships from pilot through full rollout and expansion, often working directly with C-level stakeholders.
  • Map and cover recruitment processes — understand each customer's hiring funnel and ensure the platform covers it end to end.
  • Direct technical implementation with Smith — our AI agent does the integration work; you scope it, validate it, and make sure it lands correctly in the customer's systems.
  • Optimize conversion across career sites and landing pages — improving candidate flow and application conversion for customers.
  • Drive adoption and expansion — turn live rollouts into full-revenue, growing accounts and surface upsell opportunities.
  • Be the customer's voice internally — feed product and engineering the needs emerging from rollouts.

Ideales Kandidatenprofil

Who You Are

Senior enough for the C-suite, scrappy enough for a startup

  • 5–7 years' experience in customer success, consulting or agency environments — think Accenture, Razorfish or similar consulting / media-tech backgrounds.
  • Comfortable with C-level customers — you can hold the room with senior stakeholders without being rigidly corporate.
  • Fluent in German (C1+ required) — our customers are DACH-based enterprises; you'll communicate with them daily in German.
  • Conversion & online marketing literacy — you understand landing pages, funnels and how conversion actually works.
  • AI-native mindset — you're excited to work alongside AI agents like Smith every day and let them do the heavy lifting.
  • Recruitment / ATS experience is a strong plus — having implemented applicant tracking or recruiting software before will make this role far easier (not required).
  • Startup attitude — open-minded, entrepreneurial, motivated, comfortable with ambiguity and not thinking inside the box.

Paul's Job is an AI-native recruiting platform replacing fragmented legacy software with one unified system that automates candidate communication, screening and interview scheduling. Our customers are scaling their hiring on top of us — and this role makes sure they succeed.

As Customer Success & Implementation Manager, you own the customer relationship from rollout onward: making sure their recruitment processes are fully covered by the platform, that they get to full adoption, and that accounts expand. You won't do the technical integration alone — you'll work hand-in-hand with Smith, our AI implementation agent, who handles the technical integration work while you direct, validate and translate it into customer outcomes.
