Own quality end to end — with AI as your multiplier

Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites across frontend, backend, and API layers.
Leverage AI-powered testing tools to maximize coverage, generate test cases, and detect anomalies — making manual regression a thing of the past.
Develop AI-assisted test generation and self-healing test pipelines that scale with the product.
Collaborate closely with engineering to define acceptance criteria, testability standards, and shift quality left.
Champion a quality-first culture and mentor team members on modern, AI-augmented QA practices.

Who You Are

A quality engineer who uses AI as a force multiplier, not a crutch

3+ years of experience in software QA / test engineering with strong automation skills.
Comfortable reading and writing structured prompts/skills (Markdown + YAML frontmatter) — you'll edit the agent's playbooks, not just consume them.
Skeptical of AI output by default — you treat agent results as a draft to verify, not ground truth. You can spot when a green test is actually a false pass.
Proven experience leveraging AI tools for testing — e.g. Codium, Testim, Mabl, Katalon AI, GitHub Copilot for test generation, or custom LLM-based testing workflows.
Deep hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar.
Experience with API testing, load testing, and contract testing across distributed systems.
Solid understanding of software architecture — you know where the risk areas are and test accordingly.
AI-native mindset: you actively use tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar to accelerate your work while maintaining strong standards for correctness and reliability.
Bonus: experience testing AI/ML products (prompt testing, model evaluation) or building custom AI-powered test tooling.
Excellent communication skills in English. Thrive in async-first, remote environments.
