You've owned roles end to end — from sourcing to closing — and want to use that expertise to shape a recruiting AI platform. You're customer-friendly, entrepreneurial, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving startup. Fluent or native-level German alongside strong English is essential.
Paul's Job is an AI-native recruiting platform on a mission to put the right people in the right jobs — by adding an intelligence layer to the recruiting process of any company in the world. We have real traction, customers in rollout, and a clear path to Series A. Our founders previously built Europe's largest recruiting software company, so recruiting expertise sits at the very heart of what we do.
