Ship end to end, not in a silo

Build full-stack features across Go/Python services and a TypeScript frontend, from design through to production.
Tackle the growing surface area — new platform capabilities driven directly by customer rollouts.
Improve performance & reliability — hunt down bottlenecks and harden the parts of the system you touch.
Raise the engineering bar — code review, testing, and pragmatic architecture decisions with a small team.
Collaborate closely with product, AI and platform engineers to ship coherent end-to-end experiences.

Who You Are

A high-agency engineer who combines speed with craftsmanship

Strong full-stack engineering experience, ideally across Go, Python, and TypeScript.
Comfortable moving across unfamiliar codebases, technologies, and domains with minimal hand-holding.
Proven ability to own ambiguous problems from discovery through production rollout.
Exceptional product and execution mindset: you optimize for customer impact, not just technical elegance.
AI-native developer who actively uses tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, or similar as part of your daily workflow.
Able to leverage AI to dramatically increase productivity while maintaining strong standards for correctness, security, maintainability, and system design.
Strong engineering judgment: you know when to trust AI-generated code, when to verify it, and when to redesign it.
Care deeply about code quality, testing, observability, and long-term maintainability.

Paul's Job is an AI-native recruiting platform replacing fragmented legacy software with one unified system that automates candidate communication, screening and interview scheduling. We have real traction — customers in rollout and a clear Series A path — and a lean six-person engineering team shipping fast across Go, Python and TypeScript.

We're hiring Senior Full-Stack Engineers who can flex across our stack — Go and Python on the backend, TypeScript on the frontend, and who embrace modern AI-powered development workflows. Our product has a large surface area and is growing fast as customers roll out; you'll ship features end to end, from data model to UI, and help shape how we build.
